AUSTIN – On the morning of Sunday, November 13, 2016, Vilma Jean Goeb, mother of Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, passed away due to heart failure. She recently celebrated her 90th birthday. Lt. Gov. Patrick’s father, Charles Goeb, passed away in 2002. Details of the arrangements are pending.
