AUSTIN – Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick issued this statement today following the shooting of two San Antonio police officers:

“My prayers are with the San Antonio Police Department officers who were victims of this terrible act of violence and the entire SAPD. We pray for a good report and the officers recovery. We will not tolerate acts of violence and we will band together to support the thin blue line that protects our communities.”
