President Obama was handed a major setback tonight in what I always believed was his unlawful attempt to circumvent the U.S. Constitution by creating amnesty for millions of people here illegally.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen ruled in favor of Texas and 25 other states who challenged President Obama’s executive action on immigration.

I applaud Governor Abbott who as Attorney General led this fight when he filed suit in December.
